Father's Day
For Father's Day I gave my dad a black picture frame for the wall with a few photos of dad and me from the past few years. I also put some rub-ons on the edge of the frame to personalize it a bit more. I forget to take a picture though before I gave it to him, so next time I am at the house I will have to get a picture so I can post it for you to see. This is the card that I made for him. I got the idea to make the wood plank background from Dianna Gibbs. For some reason the photo shows the card so much darker than it actually is. I don't know what happened.

May Stamp Club
I have really been neglecting my blog over the past few months. I haven't really been doing much stamping besides the cards I needed to do for the stamp club meetings and of course for birthday's, anniversaries, etc. However I plan on changing this and getting back into doing alot more stamping. Like today for example I have made 7 cards which I will share with you over the next few days. Right now I am going to share with you the cards that we made at my last stamp club.
This month I focused on a different card sizes . The first cards we did was a 3x6 long card using the Tart & Tangy set.

The last card we did was a 3 1/5 x 5 using another one of my favorite stamp sets, A Little Birdie Told Me. I have a feeling that either my club members are going to start loving this set as much as I do, or they are going to want to never see it again. :) I tend to use this set quite a bit. I got the idea for this card and the little 3x3 cards from Linda Heller at stampingschool.com.
